I have chosen these pictures and words/phrases that link in with a thriller because in my opinion they stand out and are key to a thriller genre. The images I have chosen offer a variety of different connotations, from shadows to dark hallways to exotic locations. I have used the font as shown as this represents a thriller, due to the big, bold letters used and the style of the font.

Introduction

Hello, my name is Lydia and I am an AS media student and this is my blog that will present all of my documents and coursework within this subject. Throughout the course I will be tasked with a variety of projects, which will contribute 50% of my final AS Media grade. I have lived in England my whole life, but moved from Leicestershire to Derbyshire, the start of 2010's academic year, then studied my GCSE's at Frederick Gent School, in South Normanton, which then I attended Ashfield Sixth Form to complete my further studies, the year of 2015. I have chosen to study three courses; AS Media, Business and Travel and Tourism. Over the years I have become interested in Media, not only because it will help me get to the stages of me becoming a Journalist, but because Media is a growing industry that can also be used to manipulate the public/viewers opinions in how Media represents society.
